You have been hoping to transact a decisive and high-stake business deal when, at the last minute, your client backs down from the transaction. You feel as if the world suddenly comes tumbling down. Feelings of anger, bitterness, and resentment rages up on you. Familiar, huh? These awry feelings are called stress. And women corporate executives particulary all experience this at some time or another.
What is stress? In simple terms, stress is a product of physical, mental and emotional feelings as a result of worry, anxiety, pressure or any other forms of stressful situation.

Symptoms of Stress

d.) Suddenly, you lose weight. In some cases, you start binge eating and puts on weight
e.) You suffer from severe headache and stomach maladies
f.) You easily lose control of your temper at snap back at colleagues over trivial matters
g.) You become visibly irritable
h.) You feel exhausted and tired, and suffer from lack of energy
i.) You adopt a confrontational attitude against your supervisors

3.) Control down the intensity of your emotional reaction to stress.
4.) Look for ways to level up your physical reactions to disturbing situations.
5.) Live active healthy lifestyle.
6.) Develop mutually satisfying relationships.
7.) Work on a hobby.
8.) Concentrate on the bigger picture of events.
9.) Form good habits.
10.) Engross yourself on spiritual matters.
